This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Maycode. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected from you. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization without your prior consent. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about our services, or changes to this privacy policy.

DURATION OF PROCESSING

We intend to keep your personal data for the duration of the agreement concluded with you, as well as afterwards, according to our internal policies and the legal obligations incumbent upon us. Also, Maycode shall maintain your personal data for a period which is necessary to preserve its rights and legitimate interests. In case the data is not collected in the context of an agreement, such data will be kept for as long as necessary in order to attain the purpose of the envisaged data collection or any other longer period imposed by the law, and applicable records retention regulation or public authorities.

Promptly after the applicable storage period has ended, the data shall be:

 

securely deleted or destroyed;

or

transferred to an archive (unless this is prohibited by law or an applicable records retention regulation).

 

Personal data collected and used for subscription to our newsletter will be immediately deleted if you unsubscribe from our email newsletter service.
